I have always felt a connection to photography. As a child, there were some high end/vintage cameras in our house that I wasn’t allowed to “play with”, however after seeing my interest my parents let me have a big bulky folding Polaroid instant camera. While it didn’t always have film in it, I proudly wore it around my neck at family events. As many teens in the 90’s and early 2000’s I developed an affinity for disposable cameras and the pocket sized digital cameras that followed shortly after.

As an adult my love for photography has manifested into an exciting, surprisingly calming and therapeutic passion.

P.S. I finally did get a “big kid” camera.
